OUR ASSISTANT, Graeme, is on holiday from Friday 1st January till Saturday 9th January, inclusive.
THE CHURCH OFFICE will be closed on Friday 1st ; Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th January.
20’s IN THE PEWS: The total collected in November was £133.81. This year monies will go to The Beatson Cancer Charity. This Charity has been established fairly recently and provides support services for patients and families involved with the Beatson.
LIFE & WORK: Pre-ordered copies of the January edition are available for uplifting at the main door of the Church. There are extra copies available at both doors priced £2.00.
THE OFFERING from our Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning Services amounted to £5410 and this will be divided between our chosen charities of the Salvation Army and Enable Scotland (Ayr). A big thank you to all who were so generous
THE LUNCH CLUB will restart this Friday, 8th January from 12 noon – 1.30 pm in Cathcart Street Hall. All are very warmly welcome.
FOOD BANK: most needed at Foodbank Warehouse this week are: sugar, jam, coffee, tinned meals, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, tins or packets of custard and rice pudding. Thank you for your continued support.
FLOWER CALENDAR 2016: is now available in the Carrick Park vestibule. If you would like to donate flowers for a particular Sunday, please add your name and telephone number to the calendar. We are so grateful to all our donors for their generosity

The funeral service for Mrs. Janet Cochrane of South Lodge Court, was held at Masonhill on Thursday past. Our warm sympathy is extended to all the family.
The funeral service for Mr Jackie Weir of Main Road, Whitletts, will take place on Thursday 7th January at 3.30 at Masonhill. Our sincerest condolences are extended to all the family.
The funeral service for Mrs Isa Smith of Glenfairn Care Home, will take place on Wednesday 6th January at 3.30 at Masonhill. We extend our affection and prayers to her daughter Mrs Anne McCabe of Cedar Road, and all the family.
The funeral service for Mrs Maureen Beebee of Hazelwood Road, who died suddenly at home this past week, is still to be arranged. Our warmest sympathy is extended to her sons, Graeme and Neil, and the family.
