20’s IN THE PEWS: The total collected in March was £111.82 The Kirk Session has decided to donate funds raised this year from the 20’s to support the work of Combat Stress at Hollybush House, Ayr

LIFE & WORK: Pre-ordered copies of the April edition are available for uplifting at the main door of the Church. There are extra copies available at both doors priced £2.20.

FOOD BANK: most needed at Foodbank this week are: Long life milk, diluting juice, sugar, jam, tins of vegetables, jars pasta sauce, packets of instant mash potato, packets of rice and pasta in sauce,  and jars of coffee. Thank you for your continued support.

MESSY CHURCH: The new, all-age church service, Messy Church will be held on Saturday 23rd April, 4-6pm.  The event will include times of worship, prayer, fellowship, interactive learning (including games, crafts and challenges) and will finish with a 2 course meal.  It is suitable for all ages, with all adults requiring to be accompanied by a child!  All welcome.

SOUP & CAKE LUNCH for the Hospice today – Sunday 10th April. £5 donation tickets

our own Heather and Keith Fullerton are planning to walk part of the Great Wall of China in October to raise funds for our Hospice. They are paying all their expenses and all monies raised today will be for the Hospice.

“OASIS”: Drop in café: Struthers’ Room, every Thursday 10.30 am – 12 noon. A place to relax, a place to chat; bring a friend! Come when you can, leave when you want. The Morning Papers are available!

THE WEDNESDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY will meet on 13 April, from 7.30 to 8.30pm in the Struthers Room.  Our focus will be ‘Prophecy as Street Theatre’, taking as examples Ezekiel chapters 4 (War) and 12 (Refugees).  All are most welcome.

THE CHURCH LENDING LIBRARY opens today!  The trolley will be located in the Centenary Aisle. You are welcome to browse and borrow at any time.  Once you’ve found a book you like, just enter the details in the borrowing book.  For further information contact Muriel Wilson, Librarian.

THE ORGANIST ENTERTAINS concert in the church this  Monday is given by Calum Robertson of Old St. Paul’s Church, Edinburgh. 12 noon, £3 admission.
